Do you know Jesus?

Laying a strong foundation for young lives is the goal of Bellevue’s Student Ministry. Each week hundreds middle school (6th-8th grades) and senior high (9th-12th grades) students get together at Bellevue to study God’s Word, build each other up, and have a good time. Through Bible Fellowship groups, Wednesday night student services, retreats, mission projects, camps, and special events, the Bellevue Student Ministry seeks to reach, develop, and equip students to become fully devoted followers of Jesus Christ. These students are committed to letting God change their lives, strengthen their families, change their friends’ lives, build the church, and impact their world.

Student LifeSundays at 8:00, 9:30, 11:00 a.m.

Placed in non-coed classes by school grade called “Life Groups,” young men and women are discipled into a growing, meaningful relationship with Christ. Caring adults are committed to meeting each student’s needs both in and out of the classroom. We use the Student Life Curriculum, which is broken down by grades into Christ, Character, Community, Covenant, and Crossover. During “The Core” students gather together for a short time of fellowship and announcements before going to their Life Groups.

Student Worship

Wedensday evening student services at 6:15-7:45 p.m.
Wednesday night student services – Pipeline, Prime Time, and Exit 15 – provide a time to get together with other students in a relaxed atmosphere and enjoy music, drama, games, and a Bible message. Pipeline (6th grade) meets in Area 6, Prime Time (7th-8th grades) meets in The Edge Assembly area, and Exit 15 (9th-12th grade) meets in the GRACE Family Life Center. Sunday night student services take place on a selected number of Sunday nights.

Summer Camp

A highlight of the summer for students is attending summer camp. Sixth graders head out to Crossroads Camp here in Memphis. Our 7th- 12th grade students travel to Horns Creek in Ocoee,TN. In a week filled with Bible study time, worship celebration experiences, recreation activities, and other dynamic events, students will grow spiritually and build relationships that will last a lifetime.

Special Events

Retreats, Disciple Now, winter camps (Gatlinburg and Memphis), lock-ins, prayer emphases, and much more all help to strengthen the foundation of Christ in the lives of students. These events provide opportunities for fellowship, friends, and fun. They are also times to draw closer to God and grow in a meaningful relationship with Him.
